If you have not already provided email addresses for your families please email them, along with Names and Date of Birth to info@clermonthealth.ie to ensure you are able to access the online system.

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request that you notify us by 5 pm on the day preceding your appointment.

Missed appointments, or appointments cancelled without this notice, will incur the cost of the appointment. Multiple occasions will result in access to the online booking system being revoked.
